Creative word starter

Total rework: The random starter can now be inserted anywhere in the document at the current insertion position (i.e. your cursor), with GLM reading story context beforehand for coherent word suggestions. Right-click context menu added for quick access.

Technical stuff: The problem with the old versions was that the inserted random word starter was a raw string that would be tokenized as such by the AI, meaning that a simple started like ea would make the LLM sweat to find a contextually relevant word that has ea at the start as a separate token. With V2.0 we now feed the raw starter to GLM who then continues the story for ~10 tokens with that raw starter as the continuation point. This reduces failure rate by a lot (though not completely). The random starters now also include plenty of three-letter ones; two-letter ones alone would often not be able to force interesting words with this method (though they're still present for variety's sake).
